"Can anyone please give my any suggestions as to what I can use to attach my penis to the weights. The leather collar is at its limits at 15kgs as it's tearing and cutting the skin. I need some way of tieing the whole penis as I would like to hang a lot more weight, at least 35kgs as that is the highest amount I have seen so far using balls and scrotum.
