This is an inflation with a bike pump, using the needle built into the nozzle.

The pump doesn't go inside me, there's simply a pinhole in my skin and the needle is held up against that during inflation!

This was the first time I tried it, I absolutely loved it and got hooked. I've been putting a little air inside every couple of days. It's actually having some other effects too, I've noticed increased sensitivity all over, and it looks like it's starting some foreskin restoration all on it's own do there from the air stretching me out!"
